How payment works
- The company pays when sending the offer. Funds are held by Tasteworker.
- If the tasteworker declines or the company cancels before acceptance, the payment is refunded in full.
- When the delivery is approved — or 3 days after delivery with no response — funds are released to the tasteworker.
- Disputes are reviewed by our team, who decide on a release or refund.
